By submitting a talk to AlmaLinux Day Vancouver, you agree to the following:
1. Time Commitment
You agree to stay within your allotted time and make a good-faith effort to fill the full duration of your scheduled session.
2. Media Release
You grant AlmaLinux permission to use your name, image, and likeness for the promotion of this event, and for sharing your talk with the broader AlmaLinux community after the event (e.g., via recordings, social media, or blog posts).
3. Content Sharing
You agree to provide a PDF version of your presentation for AlmaLinux to include in post-event promotions and archives. This allows attendees and the community to benefit from your talk even after the event.
4. Code of Conduct & Speaker Guidelines
You agree to abide by the AlmaLinux Day Vancouver Code of Conduct, as well as the outlined Speaker Do’s and Don’ts. This includes refraining from topics or comments related to politics, religion, race, or diminishing competitors, and contributing to an inclusive, respectful, and harassment-free environment.
