Navigating DAX complexity: how to make it easier for Power BI developers

Besides the love for data there is one thing that brings together Power BI developers the "fear" of DAX. The complexity around the filter, row and query context always turns people head around, in fact the catch phrase DAX is simple but no easy is always on everyone's mind when the discussion starts about calculations.

Is there a way make DAX easier?
Can we find a straightforward way of writing complex DAX functions?

In this session we will show you how the new functions on DAX and Power BI functionalities allow you to facilitate DAX writing.

Let us look at how the Running Totals, Moving Average, Previous Rows and Next Rows among others, can make a shift from long and complex calculation into a few lines of code or at least easier to read.
