Koenraad Haedens is an accomplished IT professional, boasting over two decades of specialized experience in client, server, and datacenter technologies. His technical journey began at the Belgian Military, where he honed his skills on mainframe and UNIX systems. A few years later, he made a strategic move to entrepreneurship, establishing his own business that delivers hosting and managed services to small and midsize enterprises across Belgium.

Possessing their own datacenters, Koenraad's business provided an exceptional platform to master a diverse range of complex systems. These include VMware, SAN, intricate firewall configurations, Hyper-V, and private cloud environments. Furthermore, his early adoption of (Microsoft) cloud solutions underscores his forward-thinking approach to IT solutions.

In October 2019, Koenraad took his expertise to Microsoft, taking on the role of Microsoft Technical Trainer. There, he's responsible for the upskilling of Tier 1 customers, illustrating his dedication to sharing knowledge and fostering professional development within the industry.

While Koenraad holds an impressive array of industry certifications, he holds his Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) credential, which he's maintained since 2006, in the highest esteem.

Beyond his professional achievements, Koenraad is also a passionate industry speaker. He frequently presents at industry conferences and local user group events, combining his technical prowess with an enthusiasm for sharing knowledge. These engagements allow him to share his expertise and passion, marking him as not just a technical whizz, but also an engaging communicator and leader in the field.
Koenraad holds several industry certifications, but is most proud Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT 2006-2023) credentials for so many years.

Presenting at industry conferences and local user group events has become a true passion, allowing him to share his enthusiasm as a speaker, but still being technical-savvy as well.
