It’s a chance to build your skill set, broaden your perspectives, and tap the power of foresight to lead transformation in these turbulent times.
In 2023 the agenda has been expanded to examine four important disciplines more deeply and within each explore emerging trends, quality advancements, DEI progress, tangible business impact, and much more.
This is your chance to share your work, expertise, and perspective.
For the event program, the IA Events Committee seeks presentations and case studies that showcase best practices, novel approaches, and innovation during all stages of the consumer insights process.
Submit your proposal to present by January 31.
The conference agenda will feature 4 tracks:
Qualitative Research – Resuming the best practices for in-person and online qualitative; data privacy issues; ensuring a diverse and representative sample; addressing/mitigating bias; tech-assisted qual (AI, video, etc.)
Experience Management – Coordinating UX, CX, HX, EX & MRX roles; harmonizing the customer journey in omnichannel projects; understanding the language of your colleagues, be they designers or data scientists; observing customers without interference; amplifying the customers’ voice to influence action
Data Analytics/Quantitative – Topics related to the integration of data analytics into the insight’s workflow, ie. fusing structured and unstructured data; passive metering; leveraging AI; building cohesive insights/analytics teams, etc.
Behavioral Research – Topics related to technology in research, Bio and Neuroscience; non-conscious measures; innovative behavioral/decision science applications; novel ways to improve data quality
The above topics are suggestions. We welcome proposals focused on other areas that will help your peers improve insights' quality, speed, equity, dissemination, and impact. Content that highlights the conference themes of transformation and foresight is a plus.
Case studies should include detailed specifics on the implementation process, required resources, and ROI. Interactive sessions and educational workshops will be considered. We also strive to have a strong representation of brands, so the inclusion of client-side co-presenters will increase your chance of being selected.
All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of expert practitioners.
