MTX, the Microsoft Technology Expo is a full day community conference showcasing Microsoft enterprise technologies. This 3rd annual event brings together technology leaders and technical teams in Portland and the Pacific Northwest to share solutions and best practices. MTX is packed beginning-to-end with high-value presentations spearheaded by local technology visionaries who use Microsoft to drive their digital transformation, innovation, and growth.

The Call for Speakers is open until December 31st 2019.

The audience is primarily Microsoft customers from Oregon and SW Washington who utilize Microsoft technologies. We are targeting 250 to 400 attendees at the event.

Sessions are exactly 1 hour in duration, presentations should target approximately 40 minutes in length plus Q&A.

Event Agenda:

7am - Vendor Setup

8am - Guests Arrive

9am - Keynote: high level overview of Microsoft enterprise technologies, trends, and Microsoft strategy. Speaker TBA.

9:45am: Breakout sessions, between 5 and 7 content tracks.

10am - Visionary Breakout Sessions: These presentations should be an overview of where the technology is going in the future. Non-technical and high-level.

11am - Strategic Breakout Sessions: These presentations should focus on the practical application and use cases of the technologies. Non-technical.

12pm - Lunch Served

12:25pm - Lunch Presentations: Half-hour presentations focused on community impact, non-profit advocacy, and corporate stewardship.

1pm, 2pm, 3pm - Technical Breakout Presentations: Presentations can be between 60 minute, 90 minute, and 120 minutes in length.

4pm - Wrap up

Post event professional networking and happy hour will be hosted either on-sight or nearby.
