Having spent almost a decade working in education Richard understands the importance of language and the way we communicate with one another.

A successful Prince2 certified practitioner and advocate of voice technology, Richard has spent the last year and a bit designing conversations for voice applications, refining the ways conversations are delivered and managing the end to end process of voice application development whilst also educating people on the value of voice technology.

As someone who recognises the need for communities to help development and implementation of new technologies, Richard co-organises the Cambridge Alexa Developers Meetup and is an active part of the Voice and Chatbot communities in London. Richard also regularly publishes articles on medium about the potential of voice technology in all walks of life, has spoken at various events to educate vulnerable communities about the potential Voice Interfaces has in their lives.
