Egwu Sarah is a tech enthusiast, with specialization in UX Design and Front-end Development. She is the founder of RevHerFrica, an NGO that focuses on revolutionizing Africa through the female gender by teaching them on how to leverage on technology in building their business, making them relevant in socio-economic growth. She has also co-founded Golumino, a digital agency based in Ikoyi, Lagos and worked as a UX Designer and Front-end developer at James Cubitt Group, Lagos. Sarah is a Google Digital Skills For Africa Trainer and currently leads the Google Business Group Lagos as a Womenwill lead.
She has worked at Admoft University Consortium as an ICT expert. She also worked as a laboratory scientist at Precise Medical Laboratories where she carried out several clinical tests. She was a Women TechMakers Lead at the Google Developers Group where she co-organized meetups and events and led a group of tech enthusiasts. She led a team at the Tech Haven front-end development class at PassNg to clutch the price of the best Project. She has volunteered in many projects inclusive of Tech point Inspired, Summer Project for girls by Ada Oyom, Red cross Nigeria, The Ambassadors Radio Show.
Sarah is a Google AdWords certified partner. She has undergone the Google Digital Skills for Africa training certification course and also has certification in Digify Bytes 101 by Livity Africa. She is a member of the red cross society Nigeria with a first aid basic certification. She has won several awards including Most Versatile student of Barachel Model College class of ‘11, best student in English, Geography, Chemistry and further maths. Sarah holds a degree in Biochemistry from the Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, graduating with a second class upper division. She also graduated as the 3rd best student in Department of Biochemistry, Ekiti State University, class of 2016. She recently represented Nigeria as a Womenwill lead in Singapore for the GBG Global Summit.
She has organized and facilitated many events, seminars, and meet-ups that centers on technology for education and businesses, women in technology and digital skills. She currently focuses on improving businesses through technology.
