As one of the leading IOT specialists he speaks at international developer conferences and universities about application and system development using the newest Microsoft Azure technologies.
For his work on educational methods and content for developers as well as project managers, has been recognized with national and international “Enterprise Knowledge Management” and “Best Practice” awards.

He was a Microsoft Regional Director for Germany from 2006 to 2019 and a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for Windows Embedded from 2003 to 2016.
