Currently, as Head of Engineering Operations at OurCrowd, Amir heads the development of a unique crowdfunding platform making the investment in early-stage start-ups accessible more than ever before.
Previously, as Head of Program Management in the Entertainment business line at AT&T Israel, Amir led a major multisite software delivery operation overseeing various projects practicing Agile at Scale across multiple geographical locations.
Working in the Fintech industry earlier, Amir managed software implementations and business partnerships with top-tier banks worldwide. Prior to this, Amir assumed several managerial roles in the semiconductors industry, involving complex multidisciplinary systems with a global install base and was positioned in the US and Korea.
Amir is a steering committee member of the Agile at Scale Israeli forum, a guest panel adviser of the MBA program at the Israel Institute of Technology, and a contributing writer at some of the leading tech publications.
