Breakout Session Format:
Breakout sessions are one (1) hour. We recommend presenters allocate 45/50 minutes for their material and 10/15 minutes for questions. Due to tight conference timelines, room hosts will strictly adhere to start and end times.
The basic breakout session format will be:
* Introduction of the speaker and topic by the room host
* Main presentation
* Q/A
* Close/Surveys
Topics we are looking for:
- Facilitation: Hands on, workshop style presentations
- Collaboration: Hands on, workshop style presentations
- Big Data/Analytics
- CyberSecurity: Protecting customer data
- DevOps: DevOps for BA's
- Agile: Good practices, Enterprise Adoption
- AI/Machine Learning
- Digital/Mobile
- UX/UI
- Miscellaneous: Estimating, Business rules, Activity oriented sessions
Admission:
Speakers and One (1) Co-Speaker will receive complimentary conference admission.
Travel:
Unless arrangements are made in advance with the IIBA Columbus Chapter Board, travel expenses will be borne by the speaker and not reimbursable by the chapter.
