Jimmy Sjölund is an expert in organizational transformation with extensive experience in sparking change within large, multinational companies. As the Principal Agile Practitioner at Red Hat, he focuses on fostering organizational improvements and enhancing team excellence through agile and lean workflows.

Jimmy has published articles and book chapters on various topics, including work visualization techniques, asynchronous collaboration, and leadership through open principles and behaviors. A seasoned public speaker, he has presented at numerous conferences such as Agila Sverige, ScanAgile, All Things Open, and DevConf.cz, among others.

In addition to his speaking engagements, Jimmy serves as an Ambassador for the Open Organization project and community. He is also a maintainer of the community version of the Open Decision Framework.
