Kelsey joined the Horizon 2 Innovation Center in July of 2019 as a Technology Analyst and helped stand up the department's requirements practice, including hiring, best practices, and tooling. Since becoming a Product Owner in June 2020, she has been focused on collaborating with the software development team to deliver innovative consumer lending features.
