I'm responsible for supporting the technology-enabled automation of business processes to achieve digital transformation for increased service quality and cost reduction. I also evaluate existing business processes to identify and execute improvement initiatives through automationtechnology such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps & Flow.
