Initiatives and teams that Lida has led have done amazing things, ranging from launching a national incubator to winning international competitions, such as the Google Startup Battle award out of 1000+ teams.

Lida has lived and worked on all continents (though still awaiting an invitation from Antarctica :D), and speak 3 languages well. To balance that, she has cumulatively spent months in silence at mindfulness retreats, even spending New Year's at a meditation center.

She is also very passionate about public speaking. In the last year alone, she spoke at conferences and events at Capital One, Diversability, Expat Woman, Google, Latinos in Tech, Make School, Outco, Tencent, ThoughtWorks, Tradecraft, Twitch, Wells Fargo, Women in STEM, and WEST (Women Entering and Staying in Tech).
