Lynn has over 15 years of experience in the Tech Industry and for the past seven years, Lynn has worked on Agile Teams and has held the roles of Scrum Master and Quality Engineer. Lynn has had the privilege of working with a diverse group of companies from Fortune 100 to small startups and a wide range of industries. Lynn is passionate about being a change agent and encouraging agile principles that allow teams to flourish, learn and grow. As a manager, Lynn also enjoys mentoring and helping individuals achieve their goals and enable their growth. In her spare time, she loves playing and following tennis along with traveling.
