Marissa Maldonado joined Coker Group in 2010 as a consultant specializing in IT business analysis and network implementations. Now senior vice president, Marissa specializes in cyber security assessments, HIPAA and HITRUST compliance and assessments, network infrastructure management, and service desk design and management.

A key component in her role as a cyber security consultant is identifying the gaps in cultural compliancy within the practice. One of her passions is educating users on how and why it is paramount to protect their systems from cyber criminals. She currently manages 49 networks nationwide, their service desks, and security posture.

Maldonado is a founding board member of CHAMPS Atlanta , a nonprofit health summit addressing health information and screening for underserved adult men. Her greatest accomplishment in extracurricular activities is being a proud mom to her first born in January 2020. It is a true honor to now be a part of Pediatricians on a deeper more personal level.
