As a Microsoft MVP, I have a deep focus in Power Virtual Agents, Power Automate, and Azure OpenAI, and bring years of experience across the entire Microsoft 365 stack.

In my current role, I lead a team of developers and architects who work with both IT and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent solutions that focus on virtual agents, process automation, and artificial intelligence. We use cutting-edge technologies such as Azure OpenAI, including GPT-3.5, GPT-4, DALL-E, and more, to create engaging and interactive experiences for over 60K employees. My mission is to empower and enable users to work smarter and faster, while reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
