NDC TechTown 2018 is a conference focusing on software development forproducts. If you have an idea for a talk or workshop then please submit a proposal!
August 29-30 will be a two day, multi-track conference with a combinations of presentations, lightning talks, workshops and panels on topics relevant for engineers and technical managers working with software for devices and appliances for industrial, automotive, medical, defence, consumer, and commercial use. We aim for around 300 attendees. There will also be pre-conference training and workshops on August 27-28.
We cover travel and accommodation for speakers that are not considered local. Speakers also get full access to the whole conference.

Regular talks are 45 minutes, lightning talks are 10 minutes. The Pre-conference workshops are either 1 or 2 full days. Make sure to mark your proposal with session length: "90 min", "45 min", "10 min", "1 day" or "2 days".
Here are some suggestions for topics:
- C, C++, other relevant languages and implementation techniques
- HW and SW platforms (eg, Embedded OS, Realtime OS, GPU, CPU, ...)
- Systems engineering (eg, models, architecture, design, ...)
- Testing, Deployment, and Product lifecycle
- Security, privacy, safety, certification, verification and standards
- Industrial Design, UX & Human Factors
- Emerging Technology (eg, IoT, Wireless, VR, AR, Machine Learning and more)
- Other stuff you might think be relevant for this conference
Please limit youself to max 3 or 4 submissions. If you have previous speaking experience, please include links to videos, online presentations/slides or articles. In addition to specialists on particular topics, we are also looking for speakers with direct experience on developing real products.
