Microsoft Dataverse for Teams is a built-in, low-code data platform for Microsoft Teams that empowers users to build custom apps, bots, and flows in Microsoft Teams by using Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Automate. Dataverse for Teams—built on Microsoft Dataverse—provides relational data storage, rich data types, enterprise-grade governance, and one-click solution deployment to the Microsoft Teams app store.
During this full-day workshop you will learn to work with the different elements of Dataverse for Teams by building a complete solution. The solution will consist of:
• A relational data model build using Dataverse for Teams.
• A Power Apps Canvas App that can be used inside of Teams
• A Power Virtual Agents Bot
• Some Power Automate Cloud Flows
You will learn:
• To work with Dataverse for Teams Tables and Colums
• Configure and assign permissions for different user groups
• The specifics of using Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate in Dataverse for Teams environments
• The specifics of Application Lifecycle Management of Dataverse for Teams environments
The workshop material will have different assignments for beginners and advanced users, allowing attendees to follow along in their own pace and on their own skill level.
This session is a full day hands on workshop for Power Platform Makers of all levels. The exercises that are part of the workshop will have a basic, medium and advanced level section. All levels will lead to a finished solution at the end of the workshop.
