Speaker Expectations Agreement
By submitting a session you are acknowledging the acceptance of this agreement.
- No drive-by presentations! We expect speakers to participate fully in the event from start to finish.
- Session slides and workshop materials are to be sent in by the deadline given.
- Speakers will not pitch any product, service or other commercial message during their session or workshop.
- Speakers will start their class or workshop on time and end on time.
- Speakers will be prepared to work offline in case there is a problem with the venue's wireless network.
- Speakers will strive to cover everything promised in the session title and abstract.
- Speakers will help publicize the conference and their participation via Twitter, Facebook, and their blog.
