Thresette Briggs, is Founder & Chief Performance Officer of Performance 3 (P3), a city, state, and national certified leadership development firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, with offices in Roanoke, Virginia. P3 believes every leader can be high performing, with the right opportunity and the right culture, and delivers custom keynotes, training and facilitation, and coaching and consulting services for conferences, leadership meetings, learning series, retreats and strategic planning, workshops, and voice talent, and has helped hundreds of leaders achieve higher performance in over 10 industries with up to 10,000 employees and over $20 billion in revenue.

With multiple honors and recognition such as Great Lakes Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) Award of Distinction, Starkey Entrepreneurial Woman finalist, and Evergreen Leadership Community Builders honoree, Thresette is a featured speaker, facilitator and coach on topics including diversity, equity inclusion and belonging; change leadership; and communication. Thresette is also a graduate of Leadership Indianapolis LEAD, Women's Fund Perspectives program, and received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University and her Masters in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
