The Centers for Spiritual Living 2022 Spiritual Living Convention will be attended by over 500 members, musicians, practitioners and ministers from communities around the world January 18-21 at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells located in the greater Palm Springs, CA region. In addition to conducting the business of the organization, the purpose of the annual convention is to provide participants with the tools necessary to be successful and prosperous in their home communities. This year, the theme for the convention is Embrace the Now. This theme was developed from visioning done by the CSL Events Team and CSL Vision Core. 

We want people to leave our convention feeling connected to the greater organization, with tangible practices and learnings that can be implemented right away, feeling inspired to fulfill on our mission and invested in awakening humanity to Its spiritual magnificence!  

This year’s committee is looking for a variety of interactive and innovative experiences that directly relate to the following areas & topics supporting the overall theme of Embrace the Now. There will be six workshop tracks for attendees to choose from when creating their experience.

Workshop Session Detail:
  • Duration: 75-Minutes
  • Sessions should be created with interaction amongst the attendees. 
  • Each session should include at least (3) takeaways for the attendee experiencing the session. 
  • Screens/Projectors & flip-charts can be requested
  • Sessions should be created for members, practitioners, and/or ministers. Sessions will have a tag with the suggested audience for attendees to review on the convention agenda. 

CSL Speaker Policies & Procedures 

1. A Workshop Presenter must be a minister, practitioner or member of a CSL Member Community or affiliated work with Centers for Spiritual Living.. In addition, the member must be in good standing with the organization and be current with all applicable membership dues, fees or licenses. If the speaker is not in good standing, CSL has the right to remove the speaker and session from the program.

2. Workshop Presenters have the option of attending the 2022 Spiritual Living Convention for only the day they are presenting and are not required to attend for the entire week of the convention; such speakers will not be required to pay a registration fee for the day they are speaking or presenting.

3. Speakers who pay a registration fee for the entire week of the 2022 Spiritual Living Convention will receive a $100 discount on the registration fee for the day that they are presenting. There will be no further reimbursements or accommodations (e.g., for travel, lodging, food, etc.).

4. Centers for Spiritual Living is an inclusive organization that honors diversity. Speakers will be mindful of language choice and refrain from making any remarks that are disparaging or insulting to any group or individual. Racial, ethnic or homophobic slurs, regardless of context, are considered inappropriate in all cases.

5. All speakers agree that workshops will not contain a sales pitch for a product or service.
