The Insights Association’s Corporate Researchers Conference (CRC), November 1-3 in Chicago, was developed just for you: client-side insights leaders and practitioners committed to advancing the profession.

This year the conference theme is Driving Growth in Turbulent Times and will highlight insights’ essential role in supporting organizations through turbulence – be it economic, geopolitical, environmental or social – to maintain and ignite growth.

Be a part of it as together we demonstrate and celebrate our best, most transformative work and boundless potential.

PLEASE NOTE: This Call for Presentations is open to brand-side researchers and corporate insights department leaders only. If you are with a market research agency or a provider of insights services and would like to present at the conference, please contact Lisa Beck: lisa.beck@insightsassociation.org.

For the event program, the CRC Planning Committee seeks presentations and case studies that showcase innovations, novel approaches, and best practices during all stages of the consumer insights process.

Example topics of focus include:

· Coordinating insights, analytics, CX, and other departments/roles to empower organizational decision making and action

· Effective use of innovative tools and techniques

· Doing more with the data you already have

· Communicating insights and ensuring uptake across your organization

· Innovative pricing research – better understanding impact of price increases and what market will bear

· Improving the customer journey & amplifying the customers’ voice to influence action

· Using Foresight to future proof your company

· Attracting/welcoming Gen Z to your category and effective ways for reaching Gen Z in research

· Integrating data and insights to drive business strategy 

· Establishing your brand in the Metaverse

· Demonstrating the business impact of insights

· Utilizing new approaches (e.g. automation, machine learning or AI) to drive better and/or faster impact

· Identifying and resolving product issues prior to lagging sales data

We also are interested in work that has informed and aided key initiatives such as environmental sustainability and DEI. Have you succeeded in identifying and rallying organizational champions to tout your team’s capabilities? Tell us about it! And, let’s be honest, often the most impactful lessons emerge when projects don’t go according to plan – tell us how you’ve learned and pivoted when things have not gone according to plan!  

These are suggestions – we welcome fresh ideas for sessions that will inspire your peers, address key challenges, and provide practical guidance to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

Case studies should include specifics on the implementation process, required resources, and illustrate in detail how the insights were implemented in a tangible way (business impact).  

Interactive sessions, including panels, and educational workshops will be considered.
