The Rainbow Ventures Summit is Alabama's LGBTQ+ Entrepreneurship Conference. The conference is free and open to all, but focused on connecting and supporting LGBTQ+ founders and CEOs of startups and small businesses.
We are looking for talks on topics that would benefit LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs: marketing your business, sales, access to capital, regulatory requirements, resources, or other topics that fit the theme.

Because this is a free community event, we are unable to offer fees or cover travel expenses for speakers at this time.
We welcome speakers of all experience levels (even if it is your first time speaking!). We will provide as much support as possible to ensure that you have a positive speaking experience.
If you would like to be matched with others for a panel discussion, submit details about your area of expertise (or topic ideas) and we will work to put you on a panel that matches this area.
If you own a business you would like to promote, let us know and we will provide you with a free vendor table.
Meals will be provided for free, to include: Coffee, Lunch, Snacks, and Happy Hour Beverages (including non-alcoholic options).
