ACUHO-I is committed to the creation and dissemination of knowledge about campus housing and the broader issues that impact the post-secondary experience.
A funded research grant program was created to support ACUHO-I's goal of cultivating knowledge resources for members. The aim of this program is to encourage scholars and practitioners to conduct high-quality research in support of ACUHO-I's Research Agenda, Future of the Profession imperatives, and the ACUHO-I Standards and Core Competencies.
Broadly, ACUHO-I is seeking research that relates to campus housing and the larger issues that impact the post-secondary experience. Researchers must identify at least one (1) Future of the Profession focus area and one (1) functional area covered in the ACUHO-I Standards & Competencies that their work connects to; multiple areas of alignment may be identified.
ACUHO-I welcomes grant proposals from faculty, practitioners, and students. Funding of up to $7,000 USD is available for studies within and outside of the United States. Applicants must be associated with an ACUHO-I member institution to be eligible for funding.
Proposals will be accepted through 11:59pm ET on April 5, 2026.
ACUHO-I is excited to issue this call for Funded Research Grant proposals.
