Call for Session Proposals Now Open!

  • The submission deadline is June 30, 2026. All submissions will be reviewed and selected by the Conference Committee. Notifications will be sent by July 31, 2026.

  • Sessions will be limited to 45 minutes. 

  • We seek to elevate local voices in the data community. Therefore, priority will be given to local presenters. 

Speaker Presentation Criteria:

  • Preference will be given to case studies, real-world applications, or innovative approaches. Sales pitches to promote products, services or companies will not be accepted. Sponsorships are available to promote your business. 

  • Presenters must deliver original content that aligns with the conference theme and session abstract. Indicate if you’re proposing a workshop, panel, lightning talk, or full-length session (45 minutes).

  • Presenters must disclose affiliations or potential conflicts of interest transparently.

  • Presenters should not share confidential client data or proprietary information without prior written consent.

  • Presenters cannot promote discriminatory, offensive, or exclusionary language or content.
