Topics & Tracks

We are particularly interested in leading developments and emerging questions shaping the future of electric mobility. The conference program is divided into three tracks: Vehicles, Charging, and Community Impact. The following topics are meant as a starting point - we welcome your creative ideas.

  • The Vehicles Track focuses on the rapid electrification of cars, trucks, buses and bikes, as well as new forms of shared mobility.
  • The Charging Track analyzes how to make charging faster and more accessible while maximizing benefits for the electrical grid.
  • The Community Impact Track will explore the programs and policies driving equitable access to electric transportation for communities.

Session Types

The Forth Roadmap Conference is known for its impact-focused sessions featuring conversations between a diversity of industry perspectives. We are interested in the following proposal types:

  • Panel Speaker: The majority of breakout sessions consist of 75-minute thematic panels featuring 3-4 speakers, with presentations and time for discussion and Q&A.
  • Panel Moderator: Moderator will organize a practice call, formalize the session format, and craft discussion questions with the panel speakers. Moderators are not expected to decide the session topic or recruit speakers.
  • Roundtable Host: Submit to host a roundtable discussion on a topic of your choice. Hosts will lead a conversation of 6-8 participants. All Call for Proposal submissions not selected for a panel will be considered for this opportunity.

All proposals must be submitted in this online submission portal by Friday, February 13. Proposals will start being reviewed after this date. Late submissions will be accepted on a limited basis until all program spots have been filled.
