ISPE Nordic Affiliate Annual Meeting 2027

From Insight to Impact: Practical Experience Shaping Better Pharma | 2 March 2027 | Genmab, Copenhagen

What have you learned that others in our industry could benefit from?

The ISPE Nordic Affiliate invites professionals from across the pharmaceutical and life sciences community to submit abstracts for the 2027 Annual Meeting.

Under the theme From Insight to Impact, we will bring together practical experience, lessons learned and perspectives from across the ISPE Nordic Affiliate Communities of Practice.

We are looking for presentations that go beyond theory and show how challenges are being addressed in the real world.

What are we looking for?

We particularly welcome case studies and experience-based presentations that explore:

  • A challenge you or your team faced
  • The approach or solution you chose
  • Decisions and trade-offs made along the way
  • What worked — and what did not
  • Lessons learned
  • Results, outcomes or changes achieved
  • Insights that others can apply in their own work

Your story does not need to be a perfect success story. Some of the most valuable industry learning comes from projects that challenged assumptions, required a change of direction or revealed something unexpected.

Topics

Abstracts are welcome from across the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and ISPE Communities of Practice, including:

  • Commissioning, Qualification & Validation
  • Quality and regulatory
  • Facilities, HVAC, utilities and controlled environments
  • Digitalisation, automation, data and Pharma 4.0
  • GAMP and technology
  • Biotechnology and manufacturing
  • Project management and project delivery
  • Sustainability and energy efficiency
  • Operational excellence
  • Emerging technologies and new ways of working

Cross-functional case studies and topics that connect several disciplines are especially welcome.

Who should submit?

We encourage submissions from professionals at all career stages - from experienced industry leaders and subject matter experts to Emerging Leaders bringing new perspectives to the industry.

Presentations should be educational, practical and knowledge-focused. Commercial or product-focused presentations will not be considered.

Share what you have learned

If you have solved a difficult problem, introduced a new approach, delivered an interesting project or learned something that could help others across our industry, we would like to hear from you.

Share your experience. Start a conversation. Turn insight into impact.
