We seek sessions that foster advancing skills, knowledge, and innovative information to support professionals working with children and families. Attendees represent diverse professional fields such as child welfare, early childhood, child support, Head Start, marriage and family therapists, social work, criminal justice, psychologists, educators, counselors, family service workers, fatherhood practitioners, public policy, foundations, etc.

Application Process

  1. Call for Workshop Proposals Open July 1
  2. The First Round Closes on September 30
  3. The last Group of Sessions Closes on October 30
  4. All workshop descriptions must be at least 50 words.
  5. All sessions must select the primary strand.

  6. Third Thursday Monthly Accepted Proposals Announced
  7. Presenter Discounted Registration Required 7-Days Post-Acceptance
  8. Presenter Hotel Room Reservation by 12/31 no upfront costs for special rates
  9. Must have a high-quality and current photo, biography, and additional speaker portal information uploaded prior to the final application approval.
  10. All presenters must follow the “code of conduct and standards” established by our team.
  11. We value diversity and philosophies.
  12. All workshops must be interactive, and select at least one of the following conference themes/strands.
  13. Please indicate if you are willing to teach your session twice.
  14. Please inform our team if you will be part of the Meet the Author on Tuesday, April 23rd
  15. All presenters must submit PowerPoint presentations for review, edits, and final acceptance by January 10, 2024. No modifications to the final PowerPoint presentation will be allowed after 1/10/24.
