AzureLive 2022

event date

location

website

azurelive.nl/

In 2022, AzureLive will return for its second edition! Still as a single day event that will feature 2 tracks and some of the best speakers and content the Azure community has to offer. Topics will range from Azure PaaS services to Architecting best practices and from well-governed environments to experimental solutions and preview features (and everything in between).

This event will be hosted and presented from our physical AzureLive Studio and there will be a possibility to join us at the studio to deliver your presentation from the venue. If COVID regulations permits, we even hope to welcome a limited amount of guests/audience to the studio!
There will also be a Hybrid track where speakers can join us remotely and your session will be directed from our professional studio AV team.

Our Audience will be mostly joining us remotely, but we might have some room for a live audience.

We are always keen to learn more, and so is our community. There is no real boundary to what a good talk could be, as long as it is related to Microsoft Azure and one of the type of topics we mention below. We would love to also welcome a bit more 'out-of-the-box' sessions like diversity in IT, how to become a better presenter, or other more practical tips on how to become better in your day-to-day work life as an Azure enthusiast or professional.

We have speaker slots available for first-time speakers all the way to experienced MVP's taking the stage every week. We would love to give an opportunity for all to submit and to share their (Azure) story.

The AzureLive event will feature 2 tracks:
1. Physical track from our studio (and possibly in front of a live audience if COVID regulations permit)
2. Digital track that will be hosted from our studio, but you as a presenter will deliver from your own studio/house

Our preference would be sessions that are themed around:
Apps & Infra or Security & Governance

Please select which track you would like to have your session added to (Physical or Digital)

Some topic suggestions:

Azure Architecture

Azure automation & templating

Azure DevOps

Governance & Security

Serverless

Containers / AKS

Data / AI

IT Professional talks

Real-life Azure stories and examples

....anything else you'd like to share as long as it's related to Azure.

Feel free to post anywhere between 1-3 sessions, we will review every one of them before making our decision on who will be invited to speak on this great event. Also, if you have any previous sessions recorded, you can add them as a link for review purposes. Oh, and if you have a personal blog, LinkedIn posts, or anywhere else you are sharing Azure knowledge with the community, make sure to include them as well!

Sessions must be delivered in English and are scheduled to be 40 minutes. We will also have a 10 minute Q&A period after your session, so the total delivery time will be 50 minutes at maximum.

Please note that all selected speakers must follow our Code of Conduct, which can be found on our event web page: https://www.azurelive.nl/code-of-conduct/

Important Note:
The slots between physical and digital speakers will be evenly divided (7 spots for each track). So there might be a bigger chance to make it to the stage if you can come to our studio physically. There is funding available for travel and or overnight stay if required. Please contact us if you need more information about travel expenses.
