• Speaker Profile Completion: Within 7 days of acceptance
• First Presentation Draft: 15 September 2025
• Final Presentation Submission: 15 October 2025

Submission Guidelines

We are looking for unique and original content. Submissions should include at least 50% new material, such as live demos, real-world case studies, and in-depth technical analysis. Sessions that repeat previously delivered content will not be accepted—innovation and fresh perspectives are crucial.

• Provide deep technical sessions with live demos and practical examples.
• Share both success and failure stories, along with actionable best practices.

Submission Essentials:

• Title & Description: Clearly state your session’s unique angle and why it matters.
• Session Level: Specify if your content is Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Expert.
• Key Takeaways: Provide at least three actionable insights for attendees.
• Commitment: Confirm your availability for the full event and engagement with the audience.
• Use the provided PowerPoint template, incorporating any updates (e.g., sponsor or evaluation slides) as requested.

Session Formats:

• Breakout Sessions: 60 minutes (including Q&A)
• Keynotes: 45 minutes with visionary insights

Submissions should align with one or more of the following topics:

• Data & AI: Innovations, implementation strategies, Copilot, and ethical considerations.
• Microsoft Cloud (Infra & Apps): Advanced cloud solutions, migration strategies, AVD, and optimization techniques, 
• Modern Workplace & BizApps: Microsoft 365, W365, Microsoft Entra and Identity, Collaboration, productivity, Power Platform & Automation
• Microsoft Security: Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Sentinel.

Speaker Selection Process

Submissions will be reviewed by our expert community advisory board. There is no “first come, first served”—only the highest quality, innovative sessions will be selected. We encourage multiple submissions from each speaker, but please ensure each proposal is distinct and meets our originality criteria.
