Speaker Submission Guidelines

We invite speakers, consultants, architects, administrators, developers, and business professionals to submit inspiring and practical sessions that provide innovative insights, real-world experiences, and actionable lessons. Sessions should align with one of our four conference tracks and be relevant to the overall conference theme.

Conference Tracks

  • Security & Compliance – Microsoft Purview, Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust, governance, risk management, security operations, compliance, and data protection.
  • Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, low-code/no-code solutions, process automation, and business innovation.
  • Microsoft 365 – Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Viva, administration, governance, migration, and adoption.

New Speaker Program

We strongly encourage new speakers to submit a proposal.

For this conference, a new speaker is someone who has not yet presented at a technical conference or large-scale industry event. Presenting at community meetups, user groups, webinars, customer sessions, or internal team events does not affect your eligibility for the New Speaker Program.

Mentorship and Support

Every selected new speaker will be paired with an experienced mentor who will:

  • Provide practical speaking tips and presentation coaching
  • Help improve session structure and storytelling
  • Review slide decks and demos
  • Share best practices for audience engagement
  • Assist with preparation and confidence building

Our goal is to make your first conference speaking experience both successful and enjoyable.

Commitment

By submitting as a new speaker, you agree to actively participate in the mentoring process and collaborate with your assigned mentor. This includes attending feedback sessions and testing your presentation before the event.

Please note that failure to participate in the mentoring program or to complete the required preparation activities may result in the session being removed from the conference schedule.
