The M365-NN Community Day is an annual, accessible yet high-quality one-day event for Microsoft 365 professionals and users in the northern Netherlands.
What to expect:
- approximately 100–150 participants from the IT sector, government, and the business community;
- sessions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI & Copilot, Security, Governance, and adoption;
- technical deep dives as well as practical and soft-skills sessions;
- speakers from the region and experienced Microsoft MVPs;
- a focus on knowledge sharing for and by the community.
Speaker Submission Guidelines
We invite speakers, consultants, architects, administrators, developers, and business professionals to submit inspiring and practical sessions that provide innovative insights, real-world experiences, and actionable lessons. Sessions should align with one of our four conference tracks and be relevant to the overall conference theme.

Sessions should be designed for a 45-minute time slot, including time for audience interaction, questions, and discussion.

New Speaker Program
We strongly encourage new speakers to submit a proposal.
For this conference, a new speaker is someone who has not yet presented at a technical conference or large-scale industry event. Presenting at community meetups, user groups, webinars, customer sessions, or internal team events does not affect your eligibility for the New Speaker Program.
Mentorship and Support
Every selected new speaker will be paired with an experienced mentor who will:

Commitment
By submitting as a new speaker, you agree to actively participate in the mentoring process and collaborate with your assigned mentor. This includes attending feedback sessions and testing your presentation before the event.
Please note that failure to participate in the mentoring program or to complete the required preparation activities may result in the session being removed from the conference schedule.
