Call for Speakers:

We are currently seeking passionate speakers who can contribute to the success of the Modern Endpoint Management Summit 2025 EMEA Edition. If you are an industry expert, a thought leader, or a practitioner with valuable insights in endpoint management, we invite you to submit your speaker proposal.

With a growing community of 42,000 members, this event provides a unique platform for industry professionals, thought leaders, and enthusiasts to come together and exchange knowledge, insights, and experiences in the field of endpoint management.

The summit will consist of various sessions featuring expert speakers, interactive workshops, informative round tables, and valuable tips and tricks sessions. We aim to cover a wide range of topics related to Intune, Endpoint Management, Security, Automation, and other areas of interest to our diverse audience.

Session Details:

• Session Length: 60min including 10 min Q/A in the end.
• Session Language: The primary language for sessions will be English, ensuring a broad reach and accessibility.
• Session Types: breakout sessions & workshops

Speaker agrees to:

• Use the presentation templates we provide.
• Upload the presentation at least 14 days before the event.
• Create unique content for this event.
• Participate/Stay during the whole conference.
• Wear our Speaker t-shirt to be easily identified.
• Be social, approachable and talk with attendees.

Session Topics:

We encourage speakers to submit session proposals on a range of topics related to modern endpoint management and its various aspects. Potential session topics include, but are not limited to:

Microsoft Intune: Best practices, deployment strategies, advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with other tools.

Endpoint Management: Techniques for managing and securing endpoints, device lifecycle management, modern management frameworks, and emerging trends.

Security: Endpoint security strategies, threat prevention, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance considerations.

Automation: Automating endpoint management tasks, scripting, leveraging APIs, workflow optimization, and process automation.

User Experience: Enhancing the end-user experience, self-service capabilities, device provisioning, and user-centric endpoint management approaches.

Speaker Selection Process:

The selection of speakers for the Modern Endpoint Management Summit 2025 EMEA Edition will be conducted through a rigorous process involving a board of 5 experts. These experts will review all speaker requests and select individuals who demonstrate expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver engaging and insightful sessions.

Speaker Confirmation:

We will be confirming the selected speakers before the end of January. All confirmed speakers will receive further instructions regarding session scheduling, logistics, and presentation guidelines.

Code of Conduct:

As an inclusive event, we expect all speakers to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a safe and respectful environment for all attendees. By participating as a speaker, you agree to abide by the code of conduct guidelines, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and harassment-free experience for everyone. Travel and Accommodation:

For speakers selected to present at the Modern Endpoint Management SUMMIT, we will cover the cost of economy class flights within Europe, with the maximum amount depending on the country of departure. Additionally, we will provide accommodation for 2-3 nights, depending on your flight schedule. Please note that only economy flights will be reimbursed.

• For flights under 3 hours, within the euro zone, the maximum reimbursement is €300. 
• Train travel will be reimbursed up to €250. 
• For flights from APAC or AMER, a max of $1,000 will be reimbursed.

Sponsorship Opportunity:

If your company covers your travel expenses, we have established a sponsorship program. By participating in this program, your company logo will be displayed during the event, and you will have the opportunity to highlight in your presentation.
