The Modern Endpoint Management (MEM) Summit returns in 2026 for its most ambitious edition yet. Join us in Paris, the heart of innovation and collaboration, as we bring together one of the biggest endpoint management communities worldwide to learn, share and connect.

With a community of more than 50,000 members, MEM Summit has established itself as one of the main summits in Europe for IT professionals, security specialists and Microsoft enthusiasts who want to push modern workplace technologies forward.

Session Details

  • Session Length: 60 minutes including 10 minutes Q and A
  • Session Language: English
  • Session Types: Breakout sessions and workshops
  • Content Guidelines: Sessions must feature unique content, with at least 50 percent new or real-world scenarios. We especially value experience stories, case studies and practical insights that attendees can apply in their own environments


Topics We Are Looking For

We welcome a wide range of session proposals related to Modern Endpoint Management and its ecosystem, including but not limited to: 

  • Microsoft Intune: deployment, best practices, troubleshooting, advanced scenarios
  • Endpoint Security: hardening, compliance, threat protection, incident response
  • Automation and Scripting: PowerShell, APIs, workflow optimization, Azure automation, Function apps, Low code
  • Device and App Management: lifecycle, provisioning, user experience
  • Modern Workplace and Cloud Integration: Windows 365, AVD and hybrid management
  • Entra and Identity: access management, conditional access, secure authentication, Global Secure Access
  • Real-World Case Studies: lessons learned from enterprise implementations

Speaker Selection Process:

The selection of speakers for the Modern Endpoint Management Summit 2026 EMEA Edition will be conducted through a rigorous process involving a board of 5 experts. These experts will review all speaker requests and select individuals who demonstrate expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver engaging and insightful sessions. 


Important Dates

  • Call for Speakers closes: December 14, 2025
  • Evaluation period: until January 31, 2026
  • Speaker notifications: mid January to mid February 2026
  • Agenda release: mid February 2026
