Thank you for your interest in speaking at Xen Summit 2026.

We welcome technical talks, case studies, research presentations, community experiences, and lessons learned from real-world deployments.

Whether you are a long-time contributor or sharing your first Xen-related project, we encourage you to submit a proposal.

When submitting, please provide enough detail for reviewers to understand:

  • The problem you are addressing
  • What attendees will learn
  • The intended audience
  • Any prerequisites or expected knowledge

The strongest submissions typically include practical experiences, technical depth, lessons learned, or insights that attendees can apply in their own work.

First-time speakers are welcome. The review committee evaluates proposals based on content quality and relevance, not prior speaking experience.

All speakers are expected to follow the Xen Project Code of Conduct.

A limited number of travel assistance grants may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the organizers if travel costs would prevent you from participating.
