Dear Prospective Presenters,
We would like to welcome you to our 2024 ACSA Lead with Pride "Call for Proposals."
This event will be held at The Westin in Anaheim, CA on March 17-19, 2024.
A Summit to empower California School Administrators and Educators with the tools to create safe and affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ students and staff.
Lead with Pride is a chance for us to come together to assess where our communities stand, share experiences and best practices, build alliances and partnerships, discuss the future of our movement, and collectively chart ways to advance equality worldwide.
Come together to learn, connect, and resist. Sharpen your minds with skills and knowledge, fill our hearts with love and joy, and deepen our commitment to freedom, justice and equity for all LGBTQIA+ people.
Proposals are due end of day. Monday, February 12th.

This year's theme is Educate, Act, Transform: Uniting for LGBTQIA+ Inclusivity in ALL Schools
70 minute workshops. will be held on:
Monday, March 18th | Tuesday, March 19th
SELECTION CRITERIA: Proposed presentations will be evaluated on how relevant and practical the presentation will be to our attendees. In addition, presentations will be evaluated on description of clear, measurable learning outcomes. Workshop learning activities should provide opportunities for participants to practice skills identified in the learning outcomes. Proposals should provide evidence to support that the workshop is relevant, timely, and likely to contribute to professional development of attendees.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: End of day, Monday Feb. 12th via Sessionize. You will receive confirmation of your submission via email. You may edit your proposal until the deadline and can submit more than one proposal.
Notifications of proposal approval will be shared electronically and, if selected, an electronic version of your presentation handouts & materials must be submitted no later than March 11, 2024.
