Dear Prospective Presenters,

The Association of California School Administrators' Student Services and Special Education Council invites you to submit a proposal to present at the 2025 Equity Insitute.

This year's Summit will be held at The Double Tree Berkeley, CA from March 12-14, 2025.

The 2025 Equity Institute Theme is "The Power of Connection: Equity, Wellness and Collective Care!".

SELECTION CRITERIA: Proposed presentations will be evaluated on how relevant and practical the presentation will be to our attendees. In addition, presentations will be evaluated on description of clear, measurable learning outcomes. Workshop learning activities should provide opportunities for participants to practice skills identified in the learning outcomes. Proposals should provide evidence to support that the workshop is relevant, timely, and likely to contribute to professional development of attendees.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Friday, January 3 2025 at 5:00 p.m. via Sessionize. You will receive confirmation of your submission via email. You may edit your proposal until the deadline and can submit more than one proposal.

• No sales presentations will be accepted
• Selected presenters will receive a discounted registration rate.

Notifications of proposal approval will be shared electronically and, if selected, an electronic version of your presentation slides (PowerPoint or other presentation software) must be submitted no later than Monday, March 3, 2025.

Selected presenters will be notified in January 2025.

Selected presenters will also receive a presenter discounted rate.
