We would like to welcome you to our 2025 ACSA Leadership Summit "Call for Proposals."
This year's Summit will be held at the Hilton Francisco Union Square in San Francisco, CA on November 6-8, 2025.
The 2025 Leadership Summit Theme is: "Lead Loudly: Sharing Stories, Building Bridges"
The Leadership Summit is ACSA’s premier professional development event for school leaders. This annual gathering of educators at all levels of administration is a celebration of the entire profession.
This event provides opportunities for invaluable networking and offers professional development on current critical leadership and educational issues.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Monday, June 30, 2025 by 12:00 p.m. via Sessionize.
60 or 75 minute workshops. will be held on:
Thursday, November 6th | Friday, November 7th
SELECTION CRITERIA: Proposed presentations will be evaluated on how relevant and practical the presentation will be to our attendees. In addition, presentations will be evaluated on description of clear, measurable learning outcomes. Workshop learning activities should provide opportunities for participants to practice skills identified in the learning outcomes. Proposals should provide evidence to support that the workshop is relevant, timely, and likely to contribute to professional development of attendees.
No sales presentations will be accepted.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE: Monday, June 30, 2025 by 12:00 p.m. via Sessionize.
You will receive confirmation of your submission via email. You may edit your proposal until the deadline and can submit more than one proposal.
Notifications of proposal approval will be shared electronically and, if selected, an electronic version of your presentation handouts & materials must be submitted no later than Monday, October 27th, 2025.
