This is a global community for everyone who has seen tools being rolled out… and then quietly ignored. For everyone who has sat in meetings where “successful implementation” didn’t translate into real impact. For everyone who knows that features alone don’t change anything.
Because the truth is simple:
If people don’t use it, it doesn’t exist.
At Adoption First, we focus on what really matters. Not the next shiny feature. Not the roadmap slide. But the human side of technology — behavior, habits, and what actually drives people to adopt tools in their daily work.
We talk about why Copilot adoption often drops after a few weeks. We explore what really creates behavior change inside organizations. And we share real-world experiences on how Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure & beyond can move from “available” to “actually used”.

We don’t need more Microsoft features.
We need people who actually use them.
That’s why we created Adoption First — a global community focused on turning Microsoft technology into real impact.
And now we’re looking for speakers.
🎤 What we’re looking for
We’re not looking for perfect slides.
We’re looking for real stories from the field.
Your session should help answer questions like:
