Agent Substrate Date - Call for Papers

We're building the technical program for Agent Substrate Day: a single-track, community-driven day for engineers working on the infrastructure layer for AI agents on Kubernetes.

If you're building or exploring or adopting Agent Substrate, we want to hear: what's worked, what broke, what you'd do differently, and what is next!

What we're looking for:

• Lessons from running agentic workloads on Kubernetes in production
• Deep dives into Agent Substrate internals, extensions, or integrations
• Security, observability, and reliability patterns for agentic systems
• Novel architectures or patterns for agent orchestration at scale
• Honest accounts on what you got wrong and what you learned (these are some of our favorites!)

Format: 25–30 minute breakout sessions, 10 minute lightning talks, and panels (exact format TBD based on submission volume)

Timeline:

CFP opens: Thursday, September 3, 2026

CFP closes: Wednesday, September 30, 2026

Speakers notified / schedule live: by October 19, 2026

Who's reviewing: Submissions are reviewed by the Agent Substrate maintainer and contributor community.
