Thank you for your interest in sharing your expertise at AgentCON: Utrecht 2025. An event dedicated to all things AI, GenAI and agents. We invite you to submit a session proposal and help shape the conversation around the latest innovations in AI and agents.

A full session at the event is a 30-minute in-depth presentation that allows you to dive deeply into your topic of choice. These sessions can include comprehensive discussions, live demonstrations, detailed code walkthroughs, or practical case studies, providing attendees with valuable insights and actionable knowledge about building and integrating AI solutions.

Topic we are looking for:

• Realworld implementations of agentic solutions
• Talks on frameworks like LLamaIndex, Sementic Kernel and Langchain
• Model capabilities
  

Session Guidelines

• All sessions will be conducted entirely in English.
• Breakout sessions will have a duration of 30 minutes each.
• Co-speaker(s) are possible, but discouraged
• Each participant may submit up to 2 session proposals.
• Sessions must strictly adhere to technical content guidelines, avoiding marketing and sales pitches, or vendor promotion.
• We aim for a balanced mix of session levels, ranging from introductory (Level 100) to deep technical (Level 400), in order to cater to the diverse needs of our attendees.

The Call for Speakers is now open till April 1. Our evaluation team will thoroughly review each session submission to curate a well-rounded agenda that best serves our audience. Please understand that due to the high volume of submissions and limited slots, we regret that we cannot accommodate everyone, as much as we would like to.

All speakers will be notified via email by April 7, regarding the status of their session(s).
