Agentic Conf Hamburg

event date

22 Mar 2026

location

SAE, Feldstraße 66 (Medienbunker), 20359 Hamburg (U Feldstr) Hamburg, Germany

Software engineering is being rewritten. How we code, how our teams work, how we ship—it's all changing. And nobody has it fully figured out yet.

Agentic Conf Hamburg 2026 is Northern Germany's biggest gathering for practitioners exploring AI-native development. Born from the Agentic Hamburg meetup community (1,000+ members, 4 sold-out events), this full-day conference brings together developers, tech leads, and engineering leaders who are actively working with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Kiro, and Antigravity.

This isn't a conference about the future—it's about the present. What's working. What's failing. What we're learning as we build alongside AI agents.

We're looking for speakers who want to share real experiences: your workflows, your experiments, your "aha" moments and your spectacular failures. Whether it's a 10-minute lightning demo or a hands-on workshop, we want practitioners teaching practitioners.

Join us on March 22, 2026 at the Medienbunker in Hamburg. Let's figure this out together.

We welcome submissions across multiple formats:

  • Lightning talks (10-15 min) — Quick demos, tool showcases, single insights
  • Standard talks (20-30 min) — Deep dives, case studies, workflow breakdowns
  • Workshops (45-60 min) — Hands-on sessions where attendees code along
  • Open Spaces — Facilitated discussions on emerging topics

Topics we're excited about

  • Tool-specific deep dives (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenCode, Kiro, Antigravity, and beyond)
  • Team workflows and processes for agentic development
  • Building custom agents, MCP servers, and plugins
  • The impact on how we work—productivity, collaboration, code quality
  • Building products with agentic tooling
  • Lessons learned: what worked, what didn't, and why

Speaker experience

We welcome both first-time speakers with fresh perspectives and seasoned practitioners with battle-tested insights.

What we're NOT looking for

  • Vendor pitches or marketing talks disguised as content
  • Purely theoretical content—bring real-world examples

Audience

Our audience spans developers, tech leads, architects, and engineering leadership—all united by hands-on curiosity about agentic coding.
