AgenticCon is the conference for platform engineers, AI platform teams, and platform leaders building agent infrastructure for the enterprise, designing the paths agents follow, and shaping the transformation to an agentic-first organization.

It comes to San Francisco on February 25, 2027, as Day 2 after the PlatformCon San Francisco Live Day on February 24, and brings 300+ platform and AI infrastructure leaders to Convene, 100 Stockton, for a day dedicated entirely to agents in production.

The program centers on how agents actually run in production at enterprise scale: agent infrastructure (identity, context, capability, execution, evaluation, security, and observability), designing paths for agentic platforms (deterministic paths, probabilistic paths, and the hybrid loop pattern where they meet), and governance and control (policy as code, non-human identity, model hosting decisions, and the audit trail leadership actually asks for). Talks will also cover throughput and benchmarks, plus, in a deliberately smaller slice of the program, agentic platforms built for finance, sales, marketing, and other functions beyond software delivery. Talks primarily about classic platform engineering topics such as IDPs, golden paths, and platform strategy belong at PlatformCon Live Day San Francisco, our Day 1 stage, immediately before.

Sessions will also explore how platform and AI infrastructure leaders prove the investment paid off: throughput vs. speed, cost-per-accepted-output, and the audit trail that turns "trust us" into evidence for the board.

Every session is practitioner-led, with content shaped around the agent infrastructure and governance challenges facing enterprise organizations in finance, cloud and SaaS, e-commerce, and healthcare technology, and the wider Bay Area and North American enterprise landscape.

Whether you're running your first agent in production or governing a fleet of them, AgenticCon San Francisco is where the Bay Area's agentic platform engineering community meets.

What we're looking for

AgenticCon San Francisco is a 25-minute talk format, in front of 300+ platform and AI infrastructure leaders from enterprise organizations across the Bay Area and North America.

We are primarily looking for thought leadership talks and enterprise case studies. Real implementations at named organizations. What you built, what broke, what you'd do differently, and what the outcomes were. The more specific, the better.

This CfP is for practitioners only. If your company is a vendor or sponsor, separate sponsorship opportunities are available. Please reach out here.

How to submit a strong proposal

  • Check the AgenticCon San Francisco CfP page first
  • Write a title that tells us exactly what the talk is about (max 90 characters; 70 is optimal)
  • Write a short description summarising your idea (max 250 characters)
  • Write an abstract that expands on your description and makes the case for why this talk belongs at AgenticCon San Francisco (max 800 characters). Use third person: "In this talk, Jane Doe covers..." not "In this talk, I cover..."
  • Bullet points in the abstract are welcome. Use them to spell out what the audience will take away
  • Your title, description, and abstract will be published on the website as-is. Proofread carefully. Submissions with errors will be rejected without review.
  • You can submit multiple proposals, but focus on the one you're most passionate about.
