Agile Tour Luxembourg 2025 – Speaker Information & Event Overview

Welcome to Agile Tour Luxembourg 2025! We’re excited to bring together Agile thought leaders, practitioners, and enthusiasts from around the globe. Whether you're a seasoned speaker or sharing your expertise with us for the first time, we want to make sure you have all the information you need for a successful and seamless session.

Event Details & Session Structure:

Duration: Each session is allocated 1 hour, including time for Q&A. Please keep this in mind when planning your content to ensure your main message has ample time for discussion and audience engagement.

Room Setup: Each room will have basic seating with chairs and tables. Please note that rooms are not large, so space may be limited. If your session requires a specific arrangement, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate within the space constraints.

Technical Requirements: Standard AV support will be available. If your session requires additional equipment, such as whiteboards markers, or other specific tools, please detail these needs in advance so we can ensure they’re available.

Interaction Tools: If you plan to use any online tools like live polling, virtual whiteboards, or other engagement software, let us know in advance. We’ll make sure the setup is compatible with our event systems and support your interactive elements.

Visa Information: For speakers coming from outside the Schengen area, please note that while we are thrilled to have you join us,but we cannot assist with or provide support for visa applications. Please ensure that you have the necessary documentation for entry into Luxembourg well in advance of the event.

Travel and Accommodation: Please note that speakers are responsible for their own travel and associated expenses.
