Welcome to Agile Tour Luxembourg 2025!

We’re excited to bring together Agile thought leaders, practitioners, and enthusiasts from around the globe. If you're submitting as a speaker, please note that your audience may include both experienced professionals and newcomers who are just getting started with agility. We want to ensure you have all the information you need to connect with a diverse group and deliver a successful session

Event Details & Session Structure:

We are currently collecting 2 types of session proposals for Agile Tour Luxembourg 2025:

1. Speaker Sessions:
   These sessions will take place on 25 April and are 1 hour long (excluding the keynote and closing speaker). Each session is designed to share knowledge and inspire ideas and can be either a speaker presentation or a workshop.
   
   
2. Mini-Workshops:
   These workshops will take place on 24 April and should ideally be conducted in English. There will be in two time slots: morning and afternoon. Each workshop should focus on teaching the participants one focused and actionable topic.
   
   Workshops are priced at 99€ per participant (180€ for both sessions), with payments to workshop hosts determined by the final number of participants and made after event expenses have been covered.
   
   When submitting a mini-workshop proposal, please specify the minimum and maximum number of participants required. This ensures clarity and helps us organize effectively.
   
   Please indicate on your submission that it is a proposal for a mini-workshop to avoid confusion with the main conference sessions.
   

Room Setup:

Each room will have basic seating with chairs and tables. Please note that rooms are not large, so space may be limited. If your session requires a specific arrangement, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate within the space constraints.

Technical Requirements:

Standard AV support will be available. If your session requires additional equipment, such as whiteboards, markers, or other specific tools, please detail these needs in advance so we can ensure they’re available.

Speaker Benefits & Logistics:

As a non-profit organization, Agile Tour Luxembourg greatly values the contributions of our speakers. While we are unable to cover travel expenses, we will provide discounted rates at nearby hotels to help make your stay more affordable. To show our appreciation, each speaker will also receive 1-2 free tickets to the event, which can be used or shared with colleagues and friends.

Visa Information:

For speakers coming from outside the Schengen area, please note that while we are thrilled to have you join us, we cannot assist with or provide support for visa applications. Please ensure that you have the necessary documentation for entry into Luxembourg well in advance of the event.
