We’re excited to bring together Agile thought leaders, practitioners, and enthusiasts from around the globe. If you're submitting as a speaker, please note that your audience may include both experienced professionals and newcomers who are just getting started with agility. We want to ensure you have all the information you need to connect with a diverse group and deliver a successful session
Event Details & Session Structure:
We are currently collecting 2 types of session proposals for Agile Tour Luxembourg 2025:
Room Setup:
Each room will have basic seating with chairs and tables. Please note that rooms are not large, so space may be limited. If your session requires a specific arrangement, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate within the space constraints.
Technical Requirements:
Standard AV support will be available. If your session requires additional equipment, such as whiteboards, markers, or other specific tools, please detail these needs in advance so we can ensure they’re available.
Speaker Benefits & Logistics:
As a non-profit organization, Agile Tour Luxembourg greatly values the contributions of our speakers. While we are unable to cover travel expenses, we will provide discounted rates at nearby hotels to help make your stay more affordable. To show our appreciation, each speaker will also receive 1-2 free tickets to the event, which can be used or shared with colleagues and friends.
Visa Information:
For speakers coming from outside the Schengen area, please note that while we are thrilled to have you join us, we cannot assist with or provide support for visa applications. Please ensure that you have the necessary documentation for entry into Luxembourg well in advance of the event.
