This is deliberately not a developer-only stage. We're looking for one speaker who fits a profile like:

Session Format
Duration: 40–50 minutes + 3–5 min live Q&A
Slot available: 1 speaker for the evening
Style: Conversational, story-first — think "show and tell," not a lecture
