CUBEX Centre Prague Prague, Czechia

AI Horizons 2026 is a two-day international gathering of leaders, builders, policymakers, and technologists shaping the next era of artificial intelligence.

Hosted in Prague at the CUBEX Centre - the most modern conference venue in the Czech Republic - the event brings together global voices and real impact. This is not a trend-chasing AI event. It is a serious forum where strategy meets execution, and where technical depth meets real-world transformation.

On September 23, we begin with full-day pre-conference workshops - immersive, hands-on sessions designed for professionals at different stages of AI adoption. From getting started to advanced system design, these workshops are built for those who want more than inspiration - they want capability.

On September 24, the main conference unfolds across three parallel stages:

  • Corporate / Business - AI strategy, transformation, leadership, industry case studies.
  • Public - AI in government, regulation, public services, and national competitiveness.
  • Technology - deep technical sessions covering architecture, AI engineering, advanced systems, and emerging approaches.

Expect international keynotes, big names, bold perspectives, practical insights, and honest conversations. AI Horizons is designed for people who are not just observing the AI shift - but actively shaping it.

AI Horizons 2026 is a new ambitious event centered on real-world AI adoption, innovation, and impact. Hosted in the heart of Europe in the modern CUBEX Centre Prague, this two-day experience brings together international practitioners, builders, leaders, and thinkers across business, government, and technology.

We invite visionary speakers to shape the program and share insights that move organizations from experimentation to lasting value.

AI Horizons focuses on practical AI implementation across modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems. While many sessions will touch on technologies such as Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and Power Platform, we also welcome perspectives from other major ecosystems including Google Cloud and AWS, as well as open-source and emerging AI platforms. We are particularly interested in sessions grounded in real-world implementation, architecture, and adoption.

The technology streams across both days are curated by an experienced international team, including Microsoft MVPs Ana Inés Urrutia and Sara Lagerquist. Together with the event organizers and advisory board, they help ensure the program reflects practical expertise, depth, and high standards of quality.

This Call for Speakers is focused specifically on technical content - including the Technology stage sessions and the pre-conference workshops.

Pre-conference workshop submissions will be reviewed an accepted on a rolling basis as they are received.

What We’re Looking For

1. Pre-Conference Workshops - Full-Day (September 23)

We are curating a set of five deep-dive, full-day workshops designed for different stages of AI adoption - from those just getting started to advanced system builders.

The workshop tracks include:

  • Getting Started with AI - Foundational concepts, practical orientation, and actionable first steps.
  • Using AI in Your Daily Work - How knowledge workers leverage AI for productivity, insight, and decision-making.
  • Vibe Coding for Pro Developers - Best practices and real workflows for AI-assisted professional software development.
  • Running AI in the Enterprise - Architecture, multi-cloud deployment, security, and governance realities in large organizations.
  • Multi-Agent AI Systems - Advanced design and orchestration of autonomous AI systems.

Workshop proposals should clearly state prerequisites and expected attendee experience levels.

2. Main Conference Sessions - (September 24)

We are building a vibrant conference spanning three stages:

  • Technology – Architectures, platforms, engineering, and deep technical topics
  • Corporate / Business – AI strategy, case studies, transformation leadership
  • Public Sector / Policy – AI in government, regulation, public service innovation

For the technology stage, we welcome proposals in the following formats:

  • Technical Deep Dives
  • Customer or Government Case Studies
  • Panels and Debates
  • Research or Emerging Practice Sessions
  • Innovative Perspectives on AI Adoption

Sessions should be practical, evidence-based, and focused on how AI works in real organizations, not marketing demos.

Target Audience

AI Horizons attendees include:

  • Business leaders and managers evaluating AI for transformation
  • Functional professionals using AI in daily work
  • Developers and engineers building AI-enabled systems
  • Architects, platform leads, and IT practitioners
  • Public sector decision-makers and implementers

Our audience spans from AI explorers to experienced implementers and technology leaders.

Submission Guidelines

When submitting your proposal, please:

  • Indicate whether it is for a pre-conference workshop or a main conference session
  • Clearly define the level (introductory, intermediate, advanced) and intended audience
  • Include learning outcomes and what attendees will be able to do after your session
  • For workshops, specify prerequisites and tools (if any)

Tips for a Strong Submission

To help your proposal stand out, we recommend structuring your session description around four key elements:

  • What – What topic will you cover? What problem are you addressing?
  • Why – Why does this matter to the audience? Why should they care about this topic now?
  • How – How will you deliver the session? Demonstrations, architecture walkthroughs, real-world case studies, live coding, or storytelling?
  • Takeaways – What practical knowledge, best practices, or insights will attendees gain from your session?

Additional recommendations

  • Choose a clear and engaging title that reflects the content of your session.
  • Focus on real-world experience, lessons learned, and practical implementation.
  • Unique angles and personal perspectives are welcome — sessions grounded in real projects tend to resonate the most.
