What We Expect From Submitted Sessions

Our agenda will consist of high-quality, pre-recorded sessions to ensure a seamless global presentation experience. We value proposals that prioritize knowledge sharing, innovation, and ethical considerations within the field of AI.

Acceptable Areas (Topics of Interest)

Submissions should align closely with the conference theme, "AI in The New Era." We welcome topics covering foundational research, practical applications, and societal impacts.

Topics include, but are not limited to:

Generative AI & Large Language Models: Case studies, prompt engineering, and deployment strategies.

Ethical AI & Governance: Bias mitigation, regulatory frameworks (e.g., AI Act), privacy, and transparent AI systems.

Technical Advancements: Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, and Robotics.

Industry Applications: Real-world implementations in healthcare, finance, logistics, creative arts, and sustainability.

The Future of Work: Human-AI collaboration, workforce transformation, and skill development in the AI era.

Infrastructure & Operations: MLOps, scalable computing, data management for AI, and cloud infrastructure.

Accepted Session Format

All selected speakers will be required to submit a high-quality pre-recorded video of their presentation.

Levels of Expertise & Target Audience

Please clearly define the intended audience and the required prerequisite knowledge for your session in your proposal. This helps us ensure attendees select the most relevant sessions.

Beginner: No prior knowledge of the specific topic required.

Intermediate: Assumes basic understanding or professional experience with AI/ML concepts.

Advanced/Expert: Focuses on cutting-edge research, complex technical challenges, or strategic leadership insights.

Submission Guidelines & Code of Conduct

Originality: We prioritize original content and fresh perspectives.

Vendor Neutrality: Sessions should be educational and avoid overt self-promotion or sales pitches.

Video Requirements: If accepted, speakers must provide a broadcast-ready video file adhering to our technical specifications (e.g., resolution, file size, A/V quality).

All speakers, attendees, sponsors, and volunteers are required to adhere to our conference's Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone. By submitting a proposal, you agree to uphold these standards.
