Real-world AI. No hype.

AI Rising returns for its third year, bringing together business leaders who are actively implementing AI inside their organizations.

This stage is built around what happens when AI is put to work. Sessions focus on real decisions, real constraints, and real outcomes.

If your experience can help someone make a better decision when they get back to work, we want to hear from you.

What belongs on this stage

This application is for session content only.

Product demos and tool showcases are part of the event, but they are not part of the session program and are not selected through this process.

Session proposals should focus on implementation, constraints, and measurable outcomes inside a real business.

Who should apply

You do not need to be a professional speaker.

We are especially interested in:

• operators and team leaders

• product and technology leaders

• founders and executives

• people responsible for AI decisions inside a business

If you have done the work, your perspective is valuable.

Session formats may include

• case studies

• lessons learned or postmortems

• panels with multiple perspectives

• working sessions or frameworks

Room for honest conversations

AI adoption is not always straightforward.

We welcome proposals that address tradeoffs, uncertainty, and results that did not meet expectations, when grounded in real experience.

Bold ideas welcome. Real-world impact required.

AI Rising is built for leaders and innovators at large organizations—the decision-makers shaping how AI drives business growth. We’re looking for dynamic, thought-provoking sessions that go beyond theory to showcase real-world applications and measurable impact.

We prioritize engaging demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and interactive discussions over traditional lectures. Standard presentations are limited to 50 minutes, while workshops and hands-on activities can run 50 minutes, 2 hours, or 4 hours to allow for deeper engagement.

New this year: Controversial Corner

AI is evolving fast, and not every idea is universally accepted. Controversial Corner is a space for bold discussions—challenging perspectives, unconventional strategies, and topics that spark debate.

Suggested Topics (but not limited to):

  • Human-Machine Collaboration – Where do humans add the most value?
  • AI Tools & Enterprise Applications – What’s delivering results now?
  • Neural Networks & NLP – Real advances, real challenges.
  • Generative AI & Automation – The next leap for business efficiency.
  • AI in Cybersecurity – Strengthening defenses in an AI-powered world.
  • Scaling AI in Large Organizations – Compliance, DevOps, and implementation challenges.
  • Organizational Change & AI Strategy – How to build buy-in and execution at scale.

Have an idea that pushes boundaries and delivers real growth? Let’s make it happen.
