The AI & Agile Summit is the world's first premier gathering of industry professionals and thought leaders from around the world who are shaping the future of artificial intelligence (AI) and agile development methodologies. Expectations for Submitted Sessions

Acceptable Areas:

We welcome sessions that align with the themes of integration, transformation, and application within the realms of AI and Agile methodologies. Sessions should provide insights, innovations, or practical solutions related to one or more of the following areas:


  • Integration: Merging AI technologies with Agile development processes.
  • Transformation: Utilizing AI to enhance agility in business, development, and operations.
  • Application: Implementing Agile methodologies in AI model development and deployment.


Speaking opportunities at this AI & Agile Summit will be both limited and highly competitive, reflecting the cutting-edge convergence of AI technologies and Agile methodologies. In our selection process, we will prioritize proposals that meet the following criteria:


  • Original and Authentic: We seek fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that have not been presented elsewhere. Your unique insights and authentic voice will set your proposal apart.
  • Free of Sales Pitches (Unless a Partner Talk): Our audience values content that educates, inspires, and engages. Proposals should focus on sharing knowledge and experience rather than promoting products or services, with the exception of designated partner talks, where relevant product or service information may be included.
  • Detailed Session Description Required: Each submission must include at least one medium-to-long paragraph describing the session. Outline the lessons, insights, or case studies you plan to share, and how they contribute to the fields of AI and Agile. This description is crucial for consideration and should provide a clear snapshot of what attendees can expect.
  • Multiple Topics Welcome: If you have more than one subject you'd like to present, we encourage it! Simply submit a new and distinct proposal for each topic.


Accepted Session Formats:

  • Talks: 45-minute or 60-minute presentations, focusing on innovative ideas, insights, or case studies in AI and Agile methodologies.
  • Workshops: Interactive hands-on experiences lasting 60 minutes, guiding attendees through practical applications or exercises.
  • Panels: Collaborative discussions with multiple experts on a specific topic, encouraging diverse perspectives and lively debate.
  • Lightning Talks: Quick 15-minute talks focusing on a specific tool or technique, offering a fast-paced glimpse into a targeted subject.
  • Sponsored Partner Talks: Exclusive to our valued sponsors, these sessions allow for a blend of insights and product or service information that aligns with the summit's themes. The format may vary, but the content should reflect the innovative ways your offerings contribute to the field of AI and Agile methodologies.


Levels of Expertise:

We are seeking submissions from a diverse array of expertise levels:

  • Beginner: Suitable for those new to the subject matter, with minimal prerequisite knowledge.
  • Intermediate: Targeted at practitioners with some experience, aiming to deepen understanding.
  • Advanced: Designed for experts looking to explore complex topics, theories, or technologies.


Target Audience:

Our audience ranges from students and professionals to industry leaders and researchers. Sessions should cater to one or more of these demographics and should clearly state the intended audience.

All sessions must adhere to our Code of Conduct. We expect all presenters and attendees to foster an inclusive and respectful environment. Any behavior contrary to our Code of Conduct may lead to disqualification or removal from the conference.
