We are thrilled to announce the Call for Speakers for the highly anticipated AI Summit Vancouver.

This premier event will bring 300+ together visionary thought leaders, industry pioneers, and a vibrant community of professionals, developers, and enthusiasts in the cloud and AI domains.

If you are an expert in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or related fields, we invite you to share your knowledge, insights, and experiences with our engaged audience.


Speaking Opportunities: 

  • Give a presentation about AI research and development or business and innovation
  • Strictly prohibited to promote/sell any product/services
  • Refer to the partnership package for promotion.

Industry Exhibits:

  • Showcase your product/services in the industry exhibits.
  • You will receive an exhibit package to secure your booth at the exhibits. 

Session Host: 

  • Propose a session to host and we will add your community as our community partner to the website for cross promotion.
  • Add your speakers while submitting the talk and mention who is the MC of your session (on the organizer note field).
  • Please keep in mind all registration should go through the AI Summit website. 

N.B.

  • No compensation for speaking. 
  • Conference fee free for speakers. Any other additional costs are not covered by the summit.
  • Evaluators have the authority to select or modify any session to serves the event purpose better.

Shape the Future of AI with Us!

We invite leading experts and innovators to share their insights at the AI DevFest Summit in Vancouver. This premier event brings together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and AI enthusiasts to explore the latest advancements and real-world applications of AI.

We are seeking speakers for the following tracks to talk about AI:


Development & Application : filled out. 

  • Generative AI and LLM
  • AI tools and technologies
  • AI for Social Good: (Climate change, education, accessibility, etc.)
  • AI Ethics and Governance: (Responsible AI, bias mitigation, privacy)


Business and Innovation

  • AI Research: (Academic or Industry research, Publications)
  • AI for Industries: (Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Legal, Manufacturing, etc.) 
  • AI-Driven Business Transformation: Share success stories and best practices.
  • AI Startups Showcase: Pitch your AI startup and connect with investors.
  • Funding and Investment in AI: Discuss the AI investment landscape and strategies.



Things to consider:

  • Presentation language and slides must be in English
  • Must be able to present in-person at Vancouver
  • Must be 18+
  • No Criminal records
  • 3+ years of professional experience on the relevant area including AI 
  • Session must be delivered in-person in English at the designated venue in downtown vancouver
  • Speakers get all access pass to the entire summit. Travel and accommodation expenses are speakers responsibilities
